My Carifer Story

I joined the team in March 2022 as a PHP developer, eager to grow and contribute. Over time, I took on more responsibilities, and today, I’m proud to lead a team of 10+ talented engineers. The journey has been fast-paced and rewarding – from building scalable systems to mentoring others and shaping our engineering culture. One highlight was the opportunity to travel on-site – an incredible experience that deepened my understanding of our product and strengthened cross-team collaboration.

Fun Events

While creating a reel, we had tons of bloopers and unexpected moments behind the scenes. Surprisingly, the final content reached over more viewers, a miracle moment that showed how authenticity really connects with people.

Onsite Work

Landing in Garowe was a bit scary at first due to the unfamiliar surroundings, but it turned into a valuable learning experience. I gained new perspectives, adapted quickly.

Yearly Trip

My first trip to Kodaikanal was unforgettable, filled with energy, laughter, and the excitement of exploring something new. Munnar added a more peaceful vibe with its scenic tea plantations and cool misty hills, making both trips truly memorable.

A Moment of Pride

One of my proudest moments was leading a talented team as a Lead Software Developer at Carifer, where I worked for over three years. It was more than just a job, it was a journey of growth, leadership, and collaboration. Guiding the team through complex projects, overcoming challenges together, and delivering successful outcomes made me truly proud of the impact we created. It was a period that shaped my professional identity and strengthened my confidence as a leader in the tech world.
